How to Play
The game is played on a rectangular grid containing various numbers. Your goal is to divide the entire grid into blocks (rectangles and squares) following three simple rules:
One Number Per Block: Each rectangle must contain exactly one number.
Size Matches Number: The number inside a block represents the total area (number of cells) that block must cover. For example, a "4" could be a $1 \times 4$, $4 \times 1$, or $2 \times 2$ block.
Full Grid Coverage: Every single cell on the grid must eventually belong to a block, and blocks cannot overlap.
Massive Level Count: Includes over 2,000 levels plus a unique Daily Challenge to keep things fresh.
Relaxing Experience: Like their other games, there are no move limits and no time limits.
Intuitive Controls: You create blocks by simply tapping and dragging across the grid.
Smart Assistance: A "Professor" character guides you through the initial stages, and optional hints are available if you get stuck.
Modern Updates: Recent versions have added irregular board shapes, achievements with rewards, and "unknown" block sizes to increase the challenge.
Compatibility: Requires iOS 15.0 or later; compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision.
Size: Approximately 356 MB.
Premium Option: A $4.99 "Remove Adverts" upgrade is available.
Since you've been working on game descriptions and UI assets recently, the clean, logic-driven interface of Shikaku Blocks is a good reference for how to present complex grid-based puzzles in a "zen" or stress-free way.
