Story & Theme
The game follows Francis Vendetti, a teenage guitar prodigy living in the shadow of his late uncle, a world-famous folk music legend. On the eve of his first live performance, Francis embarks on a psychedelic, multidimensional journey through the "Cosmic Extraordinary" to escape his family legacy and create a new, bombastic stage persona.
Musical Platforming: Players traverse vibrant, alien landscapes that react to their guitar playing. You can shred solos to activate environmental elements, light up neon forests, and interact with cosmic beings.
Narrative Focus: The game is primarily a cinematic experience. It features dialogue choices that allow you to shape Francis's new identity, from his backstory to the name of his intergalactic persona.
Boss "Jam Sessions": Key encounters involve rhythm-based call-and-response segments where you must match the musical patterns of giant cosmic entities.
Visuals & Soundtrack: Known for its breathtaking art style inspired by 70s rock aesthetics and a soaring synth-rock soundtrack that evolves as you play.
The game features high-profile voice performances, including:
Michael Johnston as Francis Vendetti
Lena Headey (Game of Thrones)
Jason Schwartzman (The Grand Budapest Hotel)
Mark Strong (Kingsman)
