The core gameplay loop involves processing patients from arrival to recovery as efficiently as possible.

• Patient Intake: When patients enter the clinic, you must drag and drop them to the appropriate diagnostic station or treatment bed based on the icons appearing above their heads.

• Treatment: Once seated, you must provide specific medical services—such as giving injections, applying bandages, or delivering medication—by tapping on the patient.

• Resource Management: You must frequently restock medical supplies or clean stations after use to ensure the next patient can be treated immediately.

• Expansion: Use the money earned from successfully treated patients to unlock new departments (like X-ray or Pharmacy), buy more beds, and hire additional medical staff to handle the increasing volume.

Strategy

• Upgrade Movement Speed First: In the early stages, prioritize upgrading the nurse's movement speed. Being able to cross the clinic floor faster is the most effective way to prevent patient "patience meters" from running out.

• Queue Similar Tasks: Try to collect all necessary supplies for multiple patients in one "trip" to the storage area. This reduces backtracking and saves valuable seconds during peak hours.

• Prioritize Critical Patients: Monitor the timers above the patients' heads. If multiple people need help, prioritize those whose bars are turning red to avoid losing them and the associated revenue.

• Invest in Waiting Area Comfort: Improving the benches or waiting room decor can slow down the rate at which patients lose patience, giving you a vital buffer during chaotic levels.
