3. Investment: When you land on an unowned business, you can purchase it. If you own all properties in a color group, you can begin building upgrades to multiply the rent.

4. Special Tiles: Land on "Chance" or "Community" tiles to draw cards, or "Tax" tiles to pay a portion of your wealth to the bank.

5. Victory: The game ends when opponents go bankrupt, leaving the last player with capital as the winner.

4. How to Win: Strategy & Tips

• Priority Monopolies: Focus on acquiring color groups that are located immediately after the "Jail" or "Start" positions. These are the squares players land on most frequently.

• The "Three-House" Sweet Spot: In many business board games, the jump in rent is highest when moving from two houses to three. Try to get three buildings on your properties as quickly as possible to maximize your Return on Investment (ROI).

• Keep a Cash Buffer: Never spend every dollar on property. Always keep enough cash to pay the highest possible rent on the board or to cover a sudden tax card.

• Strategic Mortgaging: If you are close to completing a monopoly, don't be afraid to mortgage single, isolated properties to raise the capital needed to buy the final piece of a set.

• Customization Trick: If you are playing with friends, use the Editor to create cards that reward specific "good moves" or penalize "risky play" to make the simulation more educational or challenging.
