In Funmania, the focus shifts from fashion and beauty to the world of technical service and repairs. You assist Chloe in managing various service points where customers bring in broken electronics, appliances, and other gadgets. The game requires high-speed multitasking to ensure every customer’s device is fixed, tested, and returned while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Challenging Levels: Features dozens of levels across several unique service center locations.
Diverse Service Stations: Manage different areas of the shop, including the reception desk, repair benches, testing stations, and the parts warehouse.
Multi-Tasking Mechanics: You must balance taking orders, fetching the correct spare parts, performing the actual repairs, and handling the final checkout.
Character Progression: Follow Chloe’s story as she evolves from a novice technician into a master of the service industry.
Shop Customization: Use your profits to purchase better tools, faster diagnostic machines, and more comfortable waiting areas to boost your tips.
Check-In: When a customer arrives, drag them to the reception counter to accept their broken item.
Diagnostics & Parts: Take the item to the diagnostic bench. Once the problem is identified, move to the warehouse to pick up the necessary spare parts.
Repair Process: Bring the parts and the item to the repair station. You may need to wait for a timer to complete the fix.
Quality Control: Some items require a "testing" phase before they can be returned to the customer.
Checkout: Deliver the repaired item back to the customer and process their payment at the register.
The "Clean Station" Rule: Never leave a repair bench cluttered. Immediately move finished items to the next station or the customer to keep the workflow moving; a blocked station is lost revenue.
Anticipate Parts: If you see several customers entering with the same type of broken device (identifiable by icons), pre-fetch common spare parts to the repair bench to save transit time.
Upgrade for Speed First: Your first upgrades should always focus on reducing the "process time" of the repair machines. Faster machines are more valuable than higher ticket prices in the early game.
Chain Payments: Just like in other Sugar Games titles, you earn bonus points for "chaining" actions. Wait until two or three customers are ready to pay and check them out in rapid succession.
Manage Customer Moods: If a customer’s patience (heart meter) is getting low, serve them a snack or drink (if available in that level) to reset their timer and secure a better tip.
