How to Play
The game follows a narrative-driven puzzle structure where you must help the protagonist, Boomer, deal with a group of rowdy "friends" who have taken over his apartment.
Point-and-Click Navigation: Tap on various areas of the apartment to move Boomer around.
Interaction: Tap on objects to pick them up or interact with them. Items you collect are stored in your inventory.
Item Usage: To solve puzzles, select an item from your inventory and then tap on the person or object you wish to use it on.
Dialogue: Speak with the NPCs (the uninvited guests) to understand their motivations or find clues on how to convince them to leave.
Examine Everything: In point-and-click games, the solution is often found in the details. Tap on every object in the room; even if Boomer doesn't pick it up, his commentary might provide a hint for a future puzzle.
Think Logically about NPCs: Each guest usually has a specific reason for being there or a specific "weakness." For example, if a guest is hungry or bored, your task is to find an item in the apartment that addresses that specific need or creates a distraction.
Trial and Error: If you are stuck, try combining items in your inventory or using items on objects that seem unrelated. Some solutions in the SocioTown universe rely on humorous or lateral thinking.
Sequence Matters: Puzzles are often interconnected. You may need to solve a small task for one guest to get an item that allows you to deal with a second, more difficult guest.
