Gameplay Overview
The GrabPack: This is your primary tool—a backpack with two extendable robotic hands. You use it to pull heavy objects, grab items from a distance, and complete electrical circuits by connecting power sources.
Environmental Puzzles: Much of the game involves using your GrabPack and your wits to restore power to different areas of the factory or find hidden keys and colored blocks to progress.
Survival Horror: While exploring, you are stalked by Huggy Wuggy, the factory's massive, blue, fuzzy mascot. The tension builds through sound design and atmosphere, culminating in intense chase sequences.
Controls: Use the triggers to fire your left (blue) and right (red) GrabPack hands. Aim at specific handles or objects to interact with them.
Electrical Circuits: To power up a door or machine, touch a blue sparking power source with one hand and then wrap your wire around the glowing yellow poles to reach the receiver.
Exploration: Look for VHS tapes scattered around the factory. Inserting these into the colored VCR players provides lore and hints on how to use new tools.
The Chase: If you see Huggy Wuggy nearby, do not stop. You must navigate through conveyor belts and vents quickly to escape his reach.
Listen Closely: Sound is a major cue. Footsteps, metallic clanging, or distorted music often signal that a threat is nearby or that a puzzle element has changed.
Look Up and Around: Many puzzle solutions or grabable items are hidden high on shelves or behind railings. If you're stuck, scan the ceiling for blue or red handprints.
Master the Wire Wrap: In electrical puzzles, your wire has a limited length. Plan your route around the yellow poles carefully so you don't run out of slack before hitting the receiver.
Keep Moving in the Vents: During the final chase, don't look back. Huggy Wuggy is fast; hesitate for even a second and he will catch you. Memorize the turns or look for the "exit" signs.
Save Your Hands: You don't always need to keep your hands attached to an object. Retract them quickly after pulling a lever to stay mobile in case you need to run.
