Service Management: Direct the flow of customers entering and exiting the coat check area.
Hanger System: Assign specific hangers to incoming coats and provide customers with a corresponding number/ticket.
Memory & Matching: Track which coat belongs to which customer based on color, style, and the assigned hanger number.
Escalating Difficulty: Manage more customers and a wider variety of garments as you progress through the levels.
Simple Interface: Easy-to-use tap mechanics designed for quick, satisfying gameplay sessions.
Receiving Items: When a customer arrives, tap to take their coat. You must then tap an available hanger to store the garment and "issue" the customer their identification number.
The Waiting Period: Customers will go about their business (off-screen) while their coats are safely stored in your facility.
Retrieving Items: When a customer returns for their coat, they will present their number. You must locate the correct hanger and tap it to return the coat.
Completion: Successfully return all garments for the current shift to complete the level. Giving the wrong coat to a customer will result in a penalty or mission failure.
Organize by Color or Type: If the game allows, try to hang similar colors or styles of coats near each other. This creates a visual mental map that makes retrieval much faster than relying solely on numbers.
Stay Ahead of the Queue: Don't wait for a customer to reach the front of the desk to start looking for their coat. As soon as you see a returning customer in line, try to spot their hanger so you can tap it immediately when they arrive.
Double-Check the Numbers: In later levels, coats may look very similar. Always prioritize matching the number shown by the customer with the number on the hanger to avoid game-ending mistakes.
Prioritize Drop-offs: During busy periods, it is often faster to take several coats and hang them at once before switching to retrieval mode. This clears the "entry" queue and prevents customer frustration.
Manage Your Hanger Space: Be mindful of which hangers are empty. Spreading coats out can sometimes make them easier to see, whereas bunching them up might cause visual confusion during high-pressure moments.
