1. Description
In Army Defence, you act as a military commander tasked with protecting a base from an onslaught of enemies. The game simplifies the complex RTS (real-time strategy) genre into a mobile-friendly format where you build fortifications, deploy troops, and manage your defensive line. It features a bright, low-poly 3D art style and a progression system that moves you through different combat zones, from forests to deserts.
Strategic Fortification: Build and upgrade various defensive structures, including machine-gun nests, mortar pits, and anti-aircraft towers.
Unit Deployment: In addition to stationary towers, you can deploy mobile infantry units and tanks to intercept enemies before they reach your perimeter.
Resource Collection: Enemies drop "supplies" (blue crates/currency) that you must collect in real-time to fund further construction and repairs.
Global Map Progression: Conquer different territories on a world map, each offering unique environmental challenges and enemy types.
Permanent Upgrades: Use rewards from successful missions to permanently increase the health, range, and damage of your military assets.
Build: Tap on designated building slots to choose a defensive structure. Each structure has a specific cost and function (e.g., fast-firing but low-damage vs. slow-firing area-of-effect).
Defend: As waves of enemies approach, your towers will fire automatically. You must monitor the health of your structures and the progress of the enemy line.
Collect and Rebuild: Drag your finger across the screen to collect the crates dropped by defeated enemies. Use these immediately to repair damaged towers or build new ones to fill gaps in your defense.
Tactical Support: Use special abilities (like air strikes or emergency reinforcements) during intense waves to clear large groups of enemies instantly.
Layer Your Defenses: Don't put all your high-damage towers at the front. Place fast-firing machine guns at the start to chip away at health, and heavy mortars further back to deal with grouped-up survivors.
Prioritize "Supply" Collection: It is tempting to watch the action, but you must constantly move to collect crates. Without a steady supply of crates, you won't be able to repair towers that are being destroyed by enemy fire.
Focus Fire on Bosses: During boss waves, manually target the largest enemy if possible. Letting a boss reach your gates can end the mission regardless of how many small enemies you’ve killed.
Balanced Upgrades: Don't just upgrade one tower to max level. It is often more effective to have three mid-level towers covering a wide area than one "super tower" with limited range.
Watch the Enemy Type: If you see flying units approaching, ensure you have anti-air capabilities ready. Standard ground troops often can't hit aerial targets.
